Meet David Marshall, the founder and Manager of HOMESTEAD, LLC and a Licensed Associate Broker with EXP Realty in the State of Maine. He is also an investment property owner and manager. He bought his first property at the age of 21, a historic duplex in the West End of Portland. At the age of 28, he was elected to the Portland City Council and served three terms over a nine year period while focusing on transportation, land use and energy efficiency. He buys historic properties, improves them and rents to tenants. Over the past 20 years or so, he has solved hundreds of issues common with historic properties. His focus is on residential and multi-units properties in Greater Portland. His experience in real estate and knowledge makes him a valuable expert to buyers and sellers of real estate.
